December 30, 2017- There are only a couple of days remaining in 2017, and I for one am extremely excited about the new year and new possibilities in 2018. Author and creator of the Nightmares series, T.F. Prophet has joined our team and we couldn’t be happier to have him on board at Pandamonium Publishing House. His graphic novel works are original, creative, and most of all, they will make you question everything you think you know. He’s also the creator of this awesome logo. Check out his website at http://www.nightmaresbytfp.com
December 29, 2017- From the King of Terror…
December 28, 2017-Has anyone seen these in their local bookstore? Well, let me tell you, they’re my new favourite thing! Book shots are little books that are packed with big action from the first page to the last and everywhere in between. A recent study shows that adult readers have approximately 5 minutes, yes, you read that correctly 5 MINUTES to read per day. When I’m short on time and want to get a fast-paced, easy read in, I pick up a book shot. You should try one too, you’ll love it!
December 27, 2017- Obsessed with Her is finally here. Get it on Amazon now, or in stores on January 20, 2018. What would you do if your child was missing? How far would you go to find out what happened to her? Obsessed with her is every parent’s worst nightmare.
December 26, 2017-I found this awesome cheat sheet for creating conflict from Sacha Black! Enjoy and keep writing:)
December 12, 2017- The Old Farmer’s Treasure is a middle-grade novel that will be coming out sometime in 2018-beginning of 2019. Here’s a tiny excerpt from the book:
“What do you mean there’s something in the box?”
“I mean he’s keeping a secret, I know what I saw.”
“If you’re right, our entire lives are about to be changed…forever.”
I can’t wait for you guys to get your hands on this book-it’s a page-turner that’s for sure!
December 11, 2017- I love to start Monday mornings by drinking coffee and writing things that are outside of what I’m currently working on. I think that writing prompts are important for expanding ourselves as writers and that reading and writing things that are outside of our genres is essential for growth. Today we have a picture that I love because it’s so refreshing. The premise of this exercise is to write a couple of pages, a paragraph, or whatever length you want, about said picture, and today’s particular image can have so many themes! My head is spinning with ideas already:) Happy writing!
