I checked the answering machine, and the only calls were from Rachel, Ella, and surprisingly Herschel who asked me to call him. Still nothing from Charlene. Where the hell are you, girl? Yeah, I didn’t feel like talking to anyone, but if I stunk as half bad as Oscar, not even a fly would land on me. So, I jumped in the shower and had so many things racing through my mind. As soon as I got out and dried off, I called Rachel, I got her voicemail but told her I am home safe and sound, and that I loved her. Oscar in the meantime had passed out on the couch. Even the phone ringing didn’t wake him.
